The Top Chat is a Slack addon that you can install on Slack Marketplace. It works simply by installing it to your Slack workspace and you can start using immediately. If one of your colleagues wants to start using the app, they need to authorize it as well.

The Top Chat sends messages in your timezone - so you need to plan it accordingly.

We use secure payment services provided by Stripe. The Top Chat is not storing any information about your credit/debit cards.

The Top Chat stores your data during your usage of our service. You can decide to stop using the service and we will hold your data in our system for 18 months since your last login. It is because if you decide to get back after some time, you will have your history ready to be used.

The Top Chat stores your data during your usage of our service. Once you stop using your service, we retain your data for 18 months since your last login. Once this time passes, all of the personal data connected to your account are deleted and can not be restored. We might archive annonymized data about your account for statistical, financial or accounting purposes.

The Top Chat stores your data in datacenters in Slovakia. We use only major webhosting providers available here in Slovakia. Your data is securely stored in a database and is accessed only with secure connection access.
